What we supply
Industrial drone cleaning systems: aircraft, spray systems and accessories, custom industrial water systems, turnkey packages, training, compliance assistance, delivery and after-sales support. Each quotation states the exact configuration, the price excluding VAT and the estimated lead time.
Payment and pricing
Orders are handled by written quotation and invoice; no card payment is taken on this website. All prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT, delivery arrangements and the final configuration are stated on the quotation.
Returns and cooling-off
Returns and dispute resolution are handled by Warren Duchenne, +27 81 329 4545. Electronic transactions carry a statutory cooling-off right, subject to the exceptions for goods made to your specification or that by their nature cannot be returned.
Complaints and disputes
Send a written complaint to Info@Aviclean.co.za or call +27 84 860 5447. We answer in writing with the proposed resolution. If a complaint cannot be resolved directly, the parties may refer the matter to mediation or to the applicable South African consumer body. The governing law is that of the Republic of South Africa.
