Terms of sale
Terms of sale
These terms apply to every system, accessory and package we supply. Where a written quotation or a signed order confirmation states something different, that document takes precedence over this page.

Quotations
Every order starts from a written quotation. It states the aircraft, spray and water equipment, accessories, training and delivery included, the price excluding VAT and the estimated lead time. The quotation is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.
Prices and VAT
All prices on this website are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is added where applicable and is shown separately on the quotation and invoice. Prices are in South African rand.
Ordering and payment
No card payment is taken on this website. An enquiry or a cart submission is a request for a quotation, not a binding order. Payment terms, deposit and invoicing are agreed in writing per order.
Lead times
Production, assembly and delivery are estimated at four to eight weeks for a configured system. Estimates depend on production backlog, time of year, component availability and shipping, and are confirmed per order. Expected delays are communicated during the quotation and order process.
Delivery
Delivery of a configured turnkey package is included at no extra cost to the address confirmed in the quotation. Other orders are delivered as stated on the quotation. Risk passes as set out in the written agreement.
Specifications
Technical figures such as stated operating height, coverage, flow rate and flight time describe product capability as supplied by the manufacturer. They are confirmed against manufacturer documentation before an order is accepted, and a stated maximum height is not permission to operate.
Warranty
Warranty coverage is provided as set out in the applicable written agreement and the supplier terms for the supplied system. Consumables, wear parts and damage from misuse or unauthorised modification are excluded unless the agreement states otherwise.
Returns and cooling-off
Returns and disputes are handled by Warren Duchenne, +27 81 329 4545. For electronic transactions you may cancel within the statutory cooling-off period, subject to the exceptions for goods made to your specification or that by their nature cannot be returned.
Training, compliance and operation
Training scope, registration assistance and compliance support are stated per package. Operating approvals, site permissions and pilot competence remain the responsibility of the operator under South African aviation law.
Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the supplied goods and services, except where the law does not allow limitation. We are not liable for loss of profit, downtime or consequential loss.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Complaints are sent in writing to info@aviclean.co.za and answered in writing. Unresolved matters may be referred to mediation or to the applicable South African consumer body.
